The process is as simple as original : the wine is turned in jelly by boiling the apples and, once the juice is cold, it is added to wine. Excellent combination with "Pienza" seasoned pecorino cheese and other different kind of cheeses. It can be also combined with Tuscan bread to get the typical Tuscan snack : bread, wine and sugar. Our Balsamic Vinegar jelly, with its strong taste, is perfect combined with boiled meat and cold beef marinated carpaccio.
