They are prepared only with fresh ingredients without using frozen or pickled vegetables, so that they can mantain their natural taste. We use vegetables according to the season rotation. First of all, vegetables are boiled into vinegar and then put in olive oil. It is enough to have a look at the final product to realize its high quality : round black pepper, fresh rosemary and garlic build all together an unique fresh vegetables mosaic. For a quick snack or for a good meal, all our olive oil preserved vegetables are excellent to be savoured with or without bread to feel deeply their taste or combined with "crostini" (Pate' on toasted bread) for a typical Tuscan starter.
